Key to the Charter of Rights Web site is accessibility for a wide range of age groups, and abilities. "The Charter can be a complicated document to understand. We've designed and written the site in simple, everyday language everyone can understand, in both English and French", added Jones.
The Web site is planned for a total of 11 languages each launching in time to celebrate the Charter's 25 th anniversary in April 2007.
With Canada Day 2006 just around the corner, the English and French Charter of Rights Web sites come as an early birthday gift to all Canadians.
