Toronto - July 25, 2003 - CKCO Television, a division of CTV Television Inc., announced funding today of STARGAZER STELLA. The children's animated series is currently in development by SAILORJONES MEDIA.
The CKCO Television Production Development Fund supports the creation of Canadian content programming.
